By payment you are accepting our terms and conditions. The customer will be charged any costs incurred by Montgomery’s in the event of a cancellation.

Dietary Requirements

We require confirmation of any vegetarian or special dietary requirements at the point of sale.  Dietary requirements Montgomery’s accepts no responsibility for any injuries resulting from the non-disclosure of allergies/dietary requirements by the client. Please note that the food preparation is NOT in an allergen free environment.

Cancellation by the company

The Company reserves the right to cancel, alter or delay any booking/event without refund where forced to do so by circumstances beyond our control. Such as serious illness, severe weather or any circumstances which would subject the Company or any of its employees or any of its participants to danger.

Seasonality & Prices

All our menus are subject to the seasonal availability of certain items and prices may be subject to change. Prices are subject to change and surcharges may apply.

Food & Storage

Our food supplied must be used within 48 hours (if all storage instructions have been complied) or freeze immediately unless otherwise stated. Exception to this practise, the customer will require to sign accepting responsibility for the food safety, future storage and preparation.


Upon delivery you MUST inform Montgomery’s via email, or telephone of any issues and we will attempt to sort out the problem.  However, if, for any reason you are unable to make contact with the office, You MUST send a text to the company mobile (07966378667) within 24 hours of receipt. Failures to do this will UN able us to react correct or rectify the problem and this will prevent any refunds from being issued.

Privacy Policy

Firstly, we adhere strictly to the requirements of the UK Data Protection Act 1998.

We collect personal information about you. Such as your name, address, phone number and e-mail address, in order to process your order. Furthermore we do not release personal information to other traders or third parties. The only exception will be once we have your consent and/or process your order.

If you call to order over the phone we do not pass on your details.

Finally, we reserve the right to send you an occasional email or text message for marketing reasons. Once again we do not pass on any information to 3rd parties
