Prepared in our kitchen by the shores of lake Windermere our mini bite Canapes made with a pastry cup base, Chefs homemade celeriac Slaw and a beautiful cut of Smoked Salmon. A party must!
Smoked Salmon, Celeriac, Horseradish, Egg, Vegetable Oil, Flour, Herbs & Spices
Take your Pastry Cup and fill with Celeriac Slaw, pop some Salmon on the top, we like to use a small twisting method (see image) to give the Canapes a little extra height.
