Spicy Confit Duck Leg Spring Rolls & Kimchi


What a start to your dinner party . Our handmade Duck Leg Spring Rolls are every inch delicious! Packed with flavours and plenty of beautiful Duck meat. The flavours added really do compliment the Duck and give it a unique and moreish taste! We cannot get enough of these made, one of our best selling starters and a real favourite.

Chef’s tip: Once the spring rolls are coated in oil, why not sprinkle with some cracked black pepper over them. Or if you fancy a little more heat some piri piri chilli flakes.


Duck, Flour, Cabbage, Soy Sauce, Hoi Sin Sauce, Garlic, Anchovies, Fish Sauce, Chilli, Sugar, Raddish, Spring Onions, Herbs & Spices.

Reheat Instructions

Pre heat Oven to 190°c - Time 20 minutes

Roll your rolls in a generous amount of oil. (Olive or rapeseed or veg oil). Pop into a preheated oven inside the tray provided. Making sure the rolls have space around them. Turning every 10 minutes to keep the outside crisp (use a spatula if possible). Rest for 2 minutes and serve.
