Chef’s Cornbread is something a little different & a lot quirky! This has been handmade by mixing a little polenta, a little flour, a sprinkle of sugar, eggs, milk, butter & of course the hyper-sourced Herbs & Spices from our Kitchen Gardens resulting in a bread that is somewhat lighter & sweeter than the traditional southern version. Polenta, Gluten Free Flour,Sugar, Eggs, Milk, Butter, Herbs & Spices
Pre heat Oven to 180°c
Cook in the container for 8 minutes.
Remove from oven & leave to rest for 2 minutes prior to serving.
